Core Responsibilities:• Installing and configuring printers.• Monitoring and maintaining MPS Software and networks in MPS projects• Providing technical support across the Bank (this may be through physical visit or over the phone)• Provide MPS system users in various branches and departments• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary• Testing new printers technology• Receive branches requests for replace / decommissioning old printers• Resolving open issues through help desk CA systemRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in computer science• Banking experience is preferred• Knowledge about HW/Software• Networking Knowledge
