(Subject to travel)Employment Type: Full-time / ContractIndustry: Industrial AutomationRole DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation. The successful candidate will support international clients, including on-site engagements, and must be fluent in English to ensure effective communication.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC-based industrial automation systemsProvide engineering design support and on-site/remote technical assistance to global clientsCollaborate with engineering, project, and commissioning teams to ensure system performance, integration, and successful project deliveryDocument technical issues, solutions, and process improvements within internal systemsCommunicate effectively with international clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsMandatory Requirements:1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation environmentsStrong experience with PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, commissioning)Hands-on commissioning experience in industrial automation projectsSolid understanding of control systems, electrical schematics, and field instrumentationAbility to diagnose and resolve automation and integration issues, both on-site and remotelyExposure to SCADA/HMI systemsFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyWillingness to travel internationally for short-term assignmentsValid US, Canadian, or European visa, or citizenship (to support international project mobility)Highly Preferred:Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences or Food & Beverage industriesExposure to MES or data historians (e.g., PI System)Understanding of GMP and regulated environmentsExperience with OT/IT system integrationWhat We Offer:Competitive salarySocial insurance and private medical insuranceOpportunity to work on international, high-impact automation projectsSupportive, collaborative, and innovative team culture
