The primary responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the right vehicles to meet their needs, effectively explaining product features and benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships for customer retention. Additional duties include meeting sales targets, preparing sales agreements, and staying updated on automotive industry trends and inventory. QualificationsExceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skillsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesProven expertise in Automotive Sales and understanding of vehicles and their featuresAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with customersHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrior experience in automotive sales is advantageousProficiency in relevant software tools or dealership systems is a plus
