Team members join a mission-driven organization working to reshape the automotive landscape in Egypt and beyond.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in 10th of Ramadan City. The Retail Sales Executive will welcome and engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and present suitable automotive products and services. Responsibilities include explaining product features and specifications, conducting test drive arrangements, preparing price offers, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve individual and team sales targets. The Retail Sales Executive will collaborate closely with customer service, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused sales experience.QualificationsProven skills in Retail Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building abilities to ensure a positive, long-term customer experience.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a customer-facing environment.Familiarity with automotive products or previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Nasr City, including weekends or shifts as required by retail operations.Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, and spreadsheets).High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
