The B2B Sales Executive will identify and prospect new corporate clients, schedule and conduct meetings, and present Etisalat business solutions that align with customer needs. Daily tasks include following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contract terms within company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely activation of services, and after-sales support. The B2B Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.QualificationsProven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, or related services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, client presentations, and contract negotiation.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.Good organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and accurate CRM documentation.Ability to analyze client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and handle objections professionally.Comfort working in a target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, customer support, and finance).Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or sales management tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Prior experience working with or for telecom operators, distributors, or channel partners is a plus.
