This is a remote role based in Cairo, working directly with a UK company and reporting to the managing director.ABOUT KEMETKEMET for Trading Ltd is a UK-registered premium hospitality supplier, headquartered in Covent Garden, London (Company No. 16621098).We supply certified hotel textiles, OS&E, and scent diffusion systems to 4 and 5-star hotels across Europe and Africa. Our range includes Egyptian cotton (EUR1 + DNA Cotton-certified), Turkish ISO 9001-certified textiles with a written 300-wash warranty, Portuguese OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 textiles, and essential oil amenity systems.We are building our Cairo-based sales team to drive our expansion across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.THE ROLEYou will be KEMET's frontline in Europe. Your mission is simple but demanding: find the right decision-makers, start the right conversations, and create qualified opportunities for our managing director to close.This is an active outreach role. You will prospect every day. We give you the playbook, the templates, the catalogue, and the certifications; you bring the discipline and the drive.What you'll do:• Identify and contact hotel procurement managers, general managers, and FF&E decision-makers across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, and Africa.• Run structured LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns (full playbook provided)• Follow our proven outreach cadence: Day 1 → Day 7 → Day 14 → Day 30• Qualify leads against clear criteria, then hand them to the MD for commercial follow-up• Keep the CRM pipeline updated daily: every contact, every reply, every status• Deliver a weekly performance report and join a 30-minute check-in with the MDWHAT WE OFFER• Competitive base salary + uncapped performance commission• Direct access to the Managing Director, no corporate layers• Full onboarding: product training, certifications, templates, outreach playbook• Real European B2B procurement exposure from day one• Clear progression: Sales Rep → Senior Rep → Team Lead → Regional Manager• Genuine remote flexibility within the stated hoursBEFORE YOU APPLYThis role requires professional English AND a second European language (French, German, or Italian).
