We help Egyptian businesses (SMEs, clinics, law firms) modernize by providing complete "Digital Business Transformations"—packaging rock-solid web hosting with professional emails and ready-to-deploy WordPress websites. We are looking for hungry, resilient, and articulate B2B Telesales Representatives to work remotely and act as the tip of the spear for our sales team. As a B2B Telesales Rep (SDR), you are the first point of contact between Greens247 and prospective clients. Your primary goal is not to close the final sale, but to generate interest, qualify the lead, and book a closing meeting for our Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Prospecting: Execute a high volume of daily cold calls to Egyptian business owners and decision-makers.The Pitch: Use our proven scripts to introduce our "Digital Business Bundle" (Hosting + Emails + Website) and explain how it solves their business needs.Qualify & Book: Ask smart questions to understand their current digital presence, overcome initial objections, and successfully book a follow-up consultation on the Sales Manager's calendar.CRM Management: Accurately log all call notes, contact information, and lead statuses into our CRM system immediately after every call.Pipeline Building: Consistently hit daily and weekly KPIs for outbound dials, connection rates, and meetings booked. Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or B2B customer service. Previous experience in tech, hosting, or digital marketing is a massive plus.The "Thick Skin": You must be highly resilient. Cold calling involves rejection; you must be able to hear "no" and immediately dial the next number with high energy.Communication: Native Arabic with a highly professional, persuasive phone voice. Good command of English to understand technical IT/hosting terminology.Remote Work Discipline: Since this is a remote role, you must have a dedicated, noise-free workspace at home, a highly reliable, high-speed internet connection, and a computer. You will also need to have a free SIM slot on your phone to be able to use the company-provided SIM card for making and receiving calls.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, VoIP calling systems, and basic understanding of what a website, domain, and email hosting are.
