Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Cairo for a Service Desk Agent. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting a range of IT issues, and ensuring timely resolution of users' queries. Responsibilities include logging incidents, escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate teams, and documenting solutions for recurring issues. The Service Desk Agent will also provide guidance to users, follow established protocols, and assist with system access management.
