Job Summary:The role monitors the sales performance of assigned bank branches by managing relationships with branch management, coaching the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. In addition, the role also ensures timely communication with other departments, adheres to company policies, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to optimize branch performance and customer satisfaction. Through these efforts, the role strengthens the partnership with banking partners, enhances sales outcomes, and promotes a culture of high performance.Job Responsibilities:Implement action plans and control KPIs within assigned bank branches, propose actions, and provide recommendations by monitoring sales activities and holding regular meetings to ensure alignment with sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch management through regular meetings and sharing best practices to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.Support sales and business growth initiatives through active participation in kickoff meetings, sales workshops, brainstorming sessions, and contributing with insights and ideas aligned with business objectives.Coach and motivate the sales team, evaluate performance, and ensure the availability of skilled staff through ongoing training and regular performance reviews to achieve sales targets and enhance overall branch performance.Ensure timely cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders by leading regular alignment meetings and follow-ups, to facilitate issue resolution, support sales targets, and enhance branch performance.Promote customer and bank expectations on all service levels by setting service standards and continuously improving service delivery.Establish and maintain regular reporting systems, including production figures and performance analysis, and share results with the direct manager, bank partners, and team members by tracking progress and optimizing strategy to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.5 - 7 years of experience in sales, ideally within the financial services sector.Professional certifications in sales, banking, or insurance are an advantage.Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
