Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Call Center Advisor, based in Egypt. The Banking Call Center Advisor will handle customer inquiries, support financial services, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide consulting to meet the needs of individual clients. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, offering personalized solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in every interaction.
