Team members join a growth-oriented environment that values performance, learning, and collaboration.Role Description The Call Center Representative - English (B2) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. In this position, the representative handles inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in English at a B2 proficiency level. Daily responsibilities include managing calls and other communication channels, documenting customer interactions in the system, and following established procedures and scripts where applicable. The representative is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, meet performance targets such as quality, adherence, and productivity, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Collaboration with supervisors and peers to improve processes and participate in coaching and training sessions is also part of the role.Qualifications Strong customer-facing capabilities, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support.Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse customers.Solid Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM systems, use communication tools, and work with basic office software.English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, with clear spoken and written communication.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and maintain reliable attendance for full-time shifts.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow structured processes and guidelines.Previous experience in call centers, BPO, or customer service environments is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, business, or related fields is an advantage.
