The organization focuses on innovation, performance, and growth opportunities for team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel CS (English) role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Travel CS team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing support in English for travel-related inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations. Responsibilities include managing travel requests, offering accurate information on itineraries, fares, and policies, and assisting with business travel arrangements as required. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently, documenting interactions in the system, and following company procedures and service standards. The team member will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex cases, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.Qualifications Strong customer-facing capabilities, including customer service and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.Ability to manage travel needs, including travel arrangements and travel management, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Understanding of business travel requirements and the ability to support corporate travel policies and itineraries.Comfort with using computer systems, CRM tools, and online booking platforms, with the ability to learn new applications quickly.Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or the travel industry is preferred but not strictly required.Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience in handling high-volume or time-sensitive customer interactions.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in tourism, hospitality, languages, or a related field is an advantage.
