Banking Customer Service Advisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banking Customer Service Advisor role based in New Cairo. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to banking products, services, and account inquiries. You will support customers with balance and transaction queries, card issues, payment problems, and digital banking navigation, while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will document interactions accurately, escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. You will also work with team leaders to meet performance targets, participate in regular coaching sessions, and maintain a professional, respectful, and secure handling of customer data at all times.QualificationsProven customer service skills in a contact center, retail banking, or service-focused environment, with the ability to manage high-volume interactions calmly and professionally.Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.Basic understanding of banking or financial products (accounts, cards, payments, digital banking), with willingness to learn detailed procedures and regulations.Good computer literacy, including CRM systems, call handling tools, and standard office applications.Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and compliance with security and confidentiality standards.Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and support customers effectively.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo on a full-time schedule, including possible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.High school diploma as a minimum; a diploma or degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is an advantage.Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a commitment to ethical behavior and inclusive, non-discriminatory customer interactions.
