Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banking Customer Service Advisor role based in New Cairo. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to banking products, services, and account inquiries. You will support customers with balance and transaction queries, card issues, payment problems, and digital banking navigation, while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will document interactions accurately, escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
