About the Company:About the Role:First Option for Engineering Services is seeking a full-time, onsite BIM Architectural Team Leader to join our team at Nasr City.We are seeking an experienced BIM Architectural Team Leader to lead architectural BIM activities on large-scale and mega projects, ensuring full compliance with internal standards, project specifications, and local/international codes. The successful candidate will manage BIM teams, oversee architectural modeling packages, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables across all project stages.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the BIM Architectural team across multiple large-scale and mega projectsEnsure full compliance with internal BIM standards, company codes, and project-specific requirementsDevelop, review, and approve architectural BIM models at all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC)Oversee the preparation and coordination of various architectural packages, including but not limited to: Blockwork packages, Floor finishes packages, Wall finishes packages, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), Staircase packages, typical and detailed architectural layoutsLead and review Fit-Out and Interior Design (ID) packages, ensuring constructability and coordination with other disciplinesManage and review Dry Wall Partition systems, including layouts, details, and specificationsCoordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring clash-free and coordinated BIM modelsParticipate in and lead clash detection processes, resolve architectural clashes, and follow up on technical solutionsReview and approve shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built modelsEnsure accurate BIM documentation, model naming conventions, LOD compliance, and data integrityProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for BIM Architects and ModelersCoordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are metSupport project planning, BIM execution plans (BEP), and BIM strategy implementationRequirementsRequired Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field10 -10+ years of experience in Architectural BIM, with proven experience in a Team Leader or Senior roleHands-on experience working on mega and large-scale projectsStrong experience working with internal company codes, standards, and BIM guidelinesProven experience handling architectural packages including:High proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks)Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM workflows, and coordination processesExcellent leadership, communication, and coordination skillsBenefitsYour Life at First Option - Perks & MoreWorking conditions:Work Location: Nasr City near Serag MallWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour breakFriday and Saturday offBenefits:Competitive SalarySocial & Medical InsuranceRegional Project Exposure (KSA & UAE)Mega Project ExperienceContinuous Learning & DevelopmentCollaborative Work EnvironmentHands-On Project Ownership
