🚀 ARX Real Estate Development – New Damietta Branch is hiring:🔹 BIM Mechanical Engineer📍 Location: New Damietta🛏️ Accommodation is availableWe are seeking a skilled BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team and support the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality mechanical building services models across various construction projects.🔹 Key Responsibilities:* Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit MEP.* Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.* Prepare and review shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built models.* Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.* Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client requirements.* Support quantity take-off (BOQ) and material estimation from BIM models.* Collaborate with site teams and technical office to ensure accurate implementation of designs.* Update BIM models based on design revisions and site modifications.* Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.🔹 Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.* Strong experience in Revit MEP and BIM workflows.* Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.* Experience with Navisworks / AutoCAD is a plus.* Good understanding of construction drawings and technical office procedures.* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.🔹 Preferred:* Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.* Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650).🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM✨ If you are looking for a professional work environment and a real opportunity for growth and development, join the ARX team now!📞 WhatsApp: 01064834459
