Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of CSSD and other medical equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, collaborating with healthcare staff for equipment functionality, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards. The role involves hands-on involvement in clinical and technical engineering activities. QualificationsStrong understanding of Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering principlesProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practicesExperience working with Medical Equipment and CSSD technologiesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionalsBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is preferredKnowledge of regulatory and safety compliance standards is highly desirable
