Job Summary:Lead the growth and strategic development of the BIWS and B2B channels for Castrol Egypt, driving network expansion, channel programme development, in-store branding execution, and commercial offer creation for B2B customers.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:BIWS Network Growth & StrategyDrive the growth of the BIWS network across Egypt in alignment with business strategy and overall commercial objectivesDevelop and implement the BIWS channel strategy, including coverage expansion, network quality improvement, and partner managementSet and manage BIWS volume, coverage, and profitability targets across all regionsLead and coach the BIWS Regional Sales Managers to deliver regional and national KPIsChannel Programme DevelopmentDesign and develop BIWS channel programmes, customer offers, and trade incentivesEnsure channel programmes are competitive, commercially sound, and aligned to business objectivesReview and update channel offers periodically based on market dynamics and customer feedbackMonitor channel programme performance and ROI, making adjustments as neededMarketing & Branding LiaisonLiaise with the marketing team on in-store branding, activation execution and campaign implementationEnsure brand standards and visibility guidelines are consistently applied across the BIWS networkCoordinate the development and deployment of marketing materials and branded assets for BIWS outletsB2B Commercial ManagementBuild commercial offers for B2B customers in coordination with technical and marketing teamsManage key B2B accounts, ensuring strong relationships, contract compliance, and volume deliveryConduct B2B customer value chain analysis and identify opportunities for portfolio growthNegotiate B2B contracts and manage pricing in coordination with finance and commercial leadershipReporting & Performance ManagementPrepare and present regular channel performance reports to the Country General ManagerTrack BIWS and B2B KPIs including volume, coverage, market share and customer satisfactionProvide market intelligence updates on competitor activities and channel developmentsKey Competencies:Channel managementCommercial acumenLeadership & team developmentStakeholder managementStrategic thinkingNegotiationResults drivenCommunicationAnalysis & insightsPlanning & prioritisationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field; MBA preferredMinimum Experience:6-8 years commercial experience in FMCG, automotive accessories or lubricants, with 3+ years in channel or key account management
