We're expanding our recruitment team and looking for passionate, detail-oriented recruiters who can deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and company culture.Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, etc.).Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment reports.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.RequirementsProven experience in recruitmentPrevious experience working in a recruitment agency is strongly preferred.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Familiarity with sourcing tools, databases, and job platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.What We OfferFlexible remote work environmentCommission per hire (after 2 weeks)Opportunity to work on diverse projects across different industries
