Cosmopolitan – EGY is Hiring: Blue Collar Recruiter (Construction)📍 Location: El Shorouk City (with occasional site visits as required) 🕒 Role: Full-time We’re looking for a results-driven Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team and support our growing construction projects.Job Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled and unskilled labor, while working closely with project managers to ensure timely hiring aligned with project needs. A solid understanding of the construction labor market and Egyptian labor laws is essential.Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment • Screen CVs and conduct interviews for blue-collar roles • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers • Issue job offers and handle candidate inquiries (salary, benefits, etc.) • Post vacancies across different platforms • Support workforce planning with project teams • Handle worker complaints and assist in disciplinary proceduresRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 2 years of experience in construction or blue-collar recruitment is a MUST • English proficiency at B2 level is required • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies📩 How to Apply: Send your CV to: recruitment@cosmopolitan-egy.com (Please mention the job title in the subject line)📱 or contact us via WhatsApp: 01116068591 (Kindly include the job title in your message)
