We are a leading outsourcing company specializing in providing blue-collar workforce solutions for factories and warehouses across multiple locations.We are looking for a hands-on Blue-Collar Recruitment Lead (Mass Hiring) who can deliver large numbers of hires within tight timelines while maintaining quality, attendance stability, and workforce retention.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for blue-collar roles including factory workers, warehouse staff, packers, operators, and helpers.• Drive candidate generation through digital campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), field recruitment, recruitment agencies, referral networks, and call center coordination.• Build and maintain strong networks of recruiters, labor brokers, and community referral channels across key labor markets.• Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and deployment.• Deliver weekly and monthly hiring targets across multiple client sites within strict deadlines.• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure workforce availability and smooth deployment.• Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, show-up rate, conversion rate, cost-per-hire, and workforce retention.• Solve urgent hiring challenges and ensure business continuity at all times.• Build and continuously update labor market maps, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines.This role requires frequent field mobility, flexible working hours, and regular travel across industrial sites. • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment.• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and mass hiring is mandatory.• Previous experience in outsourcing, manpower, industrial recruitment, manufacturing, or staffing companies is highly preferred.• Strong existing network with labor brokers, field recruiters, referral channels, and local labor communities.• Hands-on experience using Facebook and social media platforms for candidate generation.• Experience coordinating with call centers, recruitment agencies, and field hiring teams.• Ability to hire 50–200 workers within tight deadlines.• Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics across different Egyptian governorates.• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.• Willingness to travel between client sites when needed.4–7 years of proven experience in blue-collar recruitment, mass hiring, or manpower outsourcing is required.
