With premium packaging and a focus on quality, the company continues its journey from Cairo to Dubai and beyond.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Cairo, Egypt office. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for :• Lead brand positioning and strategy for Mr. Beard and upcoming brands • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns • Oversee new product launches from concept to market • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints • Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teamsQualifications• Strong leadership and project management skills • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies • Experience in cosmetics, grooming, or lifestyle brands is a plusMarketing expertise in fields such as Brand Strategy, Content Marketing, and Campaign Management.Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics to evaluate and optimize performance.Proficiency in Communications, Content Creation, and Copywriting to maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice.Project Management and Organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop unique campaigns and strategies.Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends relevant to the grooming or personal care industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.Previous experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably within the grooming or FMCG sector.
