The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales through engaging with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to generate leads. Additional duties include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting Mr. Beard’s portfolio of men’s grooming products.QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and identify sales opportunitiesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive client experienceExperience with Account Management, including maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiencesProactive approach to achieving sales targets and a strong sense of accountabilityPrevious experience in the grooming, beauty, or retail industry is a plus Good in English is highly desirable
