The company is focused on raising the standard of contemporary men’s grooming from Cairo to Dubai and beyond.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and digital inquiries to present Mr. Beard’s product range, understand customer needs, and recommend tailored grooming solutions. This role includes managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, closing sales, and achieving or exceeding individual and team targets. The position involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and supporting product launches or promotions. The Inside Sales Representative will also respond to customer questions, resolve issues promptly, and contribute feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.Qualifications Strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound/outbound inquiries, pipeline management, and closing sales.Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service and maintain Customer Satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.Experience in Lead Generation, prospect qualification, and nurturing potential customers into loyal buyers.Account Management capabilities to build long-term relationships, manage repeat orders, and support key accounts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.Strong negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.Prior experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or grooming products is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-growing brand environment.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
