Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investment options, analyzing market trends, managing property sales processes, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service experience. The role also involves presenting properties, negotiating sales, and guiding clients through the purchase or rental process to meet their real estate goals. Qualifications Background in Consulting and Real Estate to provide expert guidance and insights.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships and address client needs effectively.Experience in Sales, including the ability to negotiate and close transactions confidently.Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Knowledge of Egypt’s real estate market and current property trends.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines is advantageous.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
