The Real Estate Salesperson will manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, conduct property viewings, and support clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring high standards of customer service, and staying current with local market trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.QualificationsStrong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.Knowledge of local real estate markets, particularly in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and surrounding areas.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional presentation abilities.Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads and prepare documentation.Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is preferred.
