Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining strong relationships with them. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, providing tailored property recommendations, negotiating deals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process. QualificationsSales and negotiation skillsMarket research and real estate knowledgeCustomer relationship management and client-focused communication skillsTime management and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively within an on-site team environmentOwn a car and have a valid driver’s licensePrevious experience in the real estate industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
