About the role Responsible for end‑to‑end deployment, integration, and activation of telecom sites (Radio & Transmission) within the Etisalat network. The role ensures timely rollout, quality implementation, and coordination across internal teams and vendors to deliver sites on‑Air per standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute new telecom site deployments in coordination with Project, Radio, Transmission, and Vendor Rollout teams.Prepare and validate implementation prerequisites (LOS, Radio Data, CDDs, scripts, CCRs, E1s).Lead and support field teams during site implementation, testing, and RFS activities.Integrate and activate sites, ensuring successful On‑Air and drive testing.Manage telecom acceptance with vendors within agreed timelines.Coordinate Transmission activities (upgrades, reroutes, offloading, IVR LOS).Coordinate Radio activities (expansions, multi‑band, new sectors, HSPA, extensions).Support In‑Building solutions (Micro & Macro site deployment and integration).Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure high technical standards and delivery quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.Required SkillsStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Solid technical knowledge of Radio & Transmission networks.Ability to lead field teams and resolve deployment issues on site.
