About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Building Operations & Maintenance Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience. Required Technical Expertise• Deep knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression systems, BMS, and civil maintenance.• Proven experience implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.• Strong costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation skills.• Proficiency with CMMS, MS Project, or similar planning tools.• Familiarity with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.Qualifications & Experience• Minimum 10 years of experience in building operations, facility management, or MEP maintenance project management.• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.• Experience leading teams of at least 5–10 technical staff.• Experience managing maintenance projects for government or private sector facilities.• PMP, CMRP, FMP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.Soft Skills & Personal Attributes• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Highly organized with excellent planning abilities.• Strong analytical and cost-control skills.• Proactive problem-solving mindset.• Trustworthy and reliable.
