Analyze and monitor performance across key business functions (Sales, Manufacturing, Supply, Logistics, Commercial).Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reports using data sources through ERP Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and track progress against targets.Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvements.Support continuous performance improvement through regular reporting, action plans, monitoring, and analysis.Analyze large datasets to detect patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy in all analytics outputs.Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Finance) to align analytics with business goals.Stay up to date with analytics trends, tools, and best practices.Support advanced analytics initiatives such as predictive modeling and data-driven experiments (optional/advanced). Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.Advanced proficiency in Oracle, Excel; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is required.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and operational performance measurement.Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail especially in the manufacturing industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, data visualization) is a plus.
