We are looking for a dynamic HR Specialist with experience in both Recruitment and Organizational Development (OD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting organizational development initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR projects. Recruitment:Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needsPost jobs on various platforms and attract qualified candidatesMaintain candidate database and recruitment reports Organizational Development (OD):Support performance management process (KPIs & appraisals)Assist in employee engagement initiatives and surveys Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2–4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + OD exposure) Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools Basic understanding of performance management and OD concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and analytical skills
