Job Summary:To conduct detailed analysis of business processes, gather requirements, and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and support the bank's transformation journey. This role translates business needs into clear, actionable specifications in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.Job Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive business analysis by gathering and documenting complex business requirements.Analyze business processes and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.Collaborate with IT development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Support the design, testing, and deployment phases of solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.Enhance existing processes by identifying efficiencies, eliminating waste, and standardizing procedures.Job Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.3–7 years in business analysis or process improvement (Senior BA: 4–7 years; BA: 3–5 years); banking sector preferred.CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred; Lean Six Sigma preferred; Process mapping; BRD writing; Stakeholder communication; MS Visio or equivalent.Human Capital Sector
