Business Continuity Risk Specialist

Job Requirements:• A suitable higher education qualification, preferably in English Commerce or Economics and Political Science.• At least one year of relevant practical experience in banking and/or companies engaged in financing activities ​​operational risk.Job responsibilities:• Develop and update the business continuity plan as needed to include business impact analysis and alternative work locations in the event of pandemics and emergencies.• Assist in developing and continuously updating business continuity plan policies,standards, procedures, and documents.• Develop and lead awareness sessions with business unit employees to ensure a proper understanding of roles and responsibilities among all employees.• Conduct field audits to ensure ISO 22301 standards are implemented across all branches.• Manage the development of comprehensive technology recovery plans with the IT,infrastructure, network, applications, and information security teams.
