Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer (Events) based in Qesm El Maadi. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing partnerships to achieve growth in the events sector. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and coordination with internal teams to design and implement proposals. The Business Developer will also attend networking events and industry conferences to generate leads and promote the company’s services. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles within the events or hospitality industryProficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic PlanningStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skillsOrganizational and Project Management skills for handling multiple tasks and prioritiesAbility to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategiesProficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM softwareUnderstanding of the events sector, including catering, venues, and logistics, is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
