The company is committed to supporting large-scale developments by maintaining efficient site operations and strong coordination between project teams.We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Engineer, will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning GTCI as a trusted partner in the market. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver winning strategies and secure high-value projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.Identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities within the construction and energy sectors.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.Lead negotiations, manage deal structuring, and successfully close strategic contracts.Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and project delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).From 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development within the construction and/or energy sectors.Strong technical understanding of contracting, construction processes, and project lifecycles.Demonstrated success in sales, proposal development, and client negotiations.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and market research tools.
