Job Summary:Runs the day‑to‑day business development operations of a specific section. Converts market signals into qualified pursuits, coordinates proposals and pricing, and progresses negotiations to award, qualifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and crafting winning strategies for complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare opportunity briefs (client drivers, stakeholders, competitive landscape, risks) and recommend pursuit strategy.Collaborate with technical teams to define the solution and scope and confirm all deliverables and assumptions.Drive proposal schedules and deliverables; maintain a compliance matrix and storyboard.Build price‑to‑win hypotheses with estimation and market intel.Draft executive summaries, case studies, and differentiators tailored client priorities.Coordinate partner roles and inputs; manage interface and responsibilities.Support commercial negotiation preparation (positions, options, fallback) with Legal and Finance.Keep CRM and forecasts accurate; highlight slippage and mitigations.Coach Seniors and juniors in writing, and client engagement etiquette.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's in engineering, Business, or Economics; Master’s/MBA preferred.1-4 years in energy consulting/EPC/IPP developmentStrategic selling, executive communication, complex negotiation, financial modeling (NPV/IRR, sensitivity).Capture planning, competitor/teaming strategy, pricing/intel triangulation, CRM and pipeline analytics.Bilingual English/Arabic preferred, strong presentation and storytelling.
