The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and nurture a pipeline of leads, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings.The role involves presenting GetPayIn’s solutions to prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored offerings. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow assigned accounts, track key metrics, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.In addition to business development responsibilities, the Business Development Executive will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire client lifecycle. The role includes serving as a Client Success representative by overseeing client onboarding, proactively addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.The Business Development Executive will also participate in sales planning, forecasting, market research, and feedback loops to support continuous product and process improvement.Qualifications:Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.Experience in client success, customer relationship management, or account management, with the ability to act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Solid understanding of Business and commercial concepts, including customer needs analysis and value-based selling.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.Proven capability in Account Management, relationship building, and long-term client retention.Relevant experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly preferred.Comfort using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to organize, track, and report on activities.Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
