Own our client's business development pipeline end-to-end, from identifying new revenue opportunities to closing institutional partnerships. This role is the commercial engine for hospital contracts, corporate training deals, international expansion leads, and strategic sponsorships that feed directly into the company’s EGP 12.3M commercial target.The BD Lead operates as the “first closer” in our client’s commercial function, working directly with the CEO on high-value deals while building the systems and pipeline that will scale under a future Commercial Director.Core Responsibilities1. Hospital & Institutional PartnershipsIdentify, approach, and close new hospital training contracts (target: 30+ active contracts)Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and batch scheduling with hospital administrationManage renewal pipeline for existing contracts — flag at-risk accounts 60 days before expiryBuild relationships with medical education departments and clinical training coordinatorsMap university medical faculties for new partnership development2. Corporate & B2B SalesDevelop B2B pipeline for corporate training packages and group enrollmentsIdentify pharmaceutical companies, medical device firms, and healthcare organizations as training sponsorsBuild and present commercial proposals for institutional bulk purchasesOwn the CRM pipeline for all B2B opportunities (Zoho CRM)3. International Business DevelopmentSupport expansion into international markets (Yemen active, Sudan pipeline)Research and qualify new country opportunities in MENA regionCoordinate with International Business Manager on cross-border deal logisticsTarget: contribute to international revenue of EGP 1.125M (Yemen 2026)4. Sponsorship & Events RevenueSecure sponsors for PYS 2027 (target: 30 sponsors, EGP 2.5M event revenue)Build sponsor packages and pricing tiers for medical education eventsManage sponsor relationships from proposal through post-event reportingIdentify co-branding and co-marketing opportunities with healthcare brands5.
