Our client is a software house and is looking to hire an Application Support Engineer (Technical Support Engineer), who is the senior app-layer troubleshooter. They work from APM data, logs, database queries, configuration files, and architecture documentation to find the cause of application-side incidents, resolving what's in configuration/data/integration, and handing confirmed bugs to R&D with surgical precision. They also build migrations and integrations (their own code, not product source). The precision layer between client experience and engineering.What You Own:Application-layer incident triage: logs, APM data, request tracing, root cause identification.Resolve configuration, data, and integration issues directly. Escalate confirmed bugs to R&D with reproduction steps, logs, environment context, and hypothesis.Database operations across MS SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL: non-trivial queries, schema reading, data corrections, migrations.Build migration interfaces from client legacy systems into IN3 applications (source analysis, transformation logic, target mapping, validation, cut over).Design and manage production integrations with third-party systems (endpoints, data mapping, error handling, monitoring).Application architecture literacy across the full portfolio — trace features to services, endpoints, and data flows.Occasional on-call for app-layer Severity A + scheduled mid-night windows for migrations/releases.What You Bring:3–5 years in application support, integration engineering, L3 technical account management, or dev-to-support career path.Mid-level software development skills: can write integration code, migration scripts, and automation utilities.Database depth: MS SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. Non-trivial SQL queries, schema reading, data investigation.Application architecture literacy: multi-service systems, service-to-service integration, request flows.APM tool experience (New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) for real production investigation.At least one migration or integration personally built in production.Clean R&D handoff discipline — bug reports engineers accept and act on.Arabic–English bilingual at professional level (verified mid-call).Sees the role as a destination, not a stepping stone into R&D.Nice-to-Have:Document management / ECM / workflow automation product familiarity.AI/ML application support or troubleshooting exposure.Vector databases, knowledge graphs, AI infrastructure familiarity.Cloud platform exposure (AWS or Azure) at deployment/operation level.Government or large-corporate client deployment experience.
