Main Objective: To increase the company's sales and market share by opening and managing new major accounts (store chains).Tasks and Responsibilities: These range from identifying opportunities and making initial contact, through the complex negotiations regarding profit margins, payment terms, and shelf space, to monitoring collections and internal marketing within branches.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): This manager will be held accountable for (sales target achievement, number of new branches and companies contracted, shelf space acquisition compared to competitors, and adherence to payment collection deadlines).Channel Expansion & POS Acquisition: Establish direct communication channels and close commercial deals with major retail chains and electronics electronics giants (e.g., B.TECH, Dubai Phone, Dream 2000, 2B , etc.).Key Account Management (KAM): Build and maintain solid, sustainable relationships with commercial directors and category procurement managers within key accounts.Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations regarding profit margins, payment terms, shelf-share/space allocation, listing fees, and return policies, ensuring optimal profitability.Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' pricing strategies to provide actionable insights and promotional recommendations.Sales & Revenue Optimization: Monitor and analyze Sell-In and Sell-Out data, ensuring quarterly/annual sales targets are met while managing collection timelines effectively.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent execution on the ground and continuous product availability.  Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development or Key Account Management, with at least 2 years of solid experience within the Mobile Accessories & Electronics industry.Network & Connections: A proven, active, and strong network of direct relationships with procurement and commercial decision-makers at mega-retailers (B.TECH, Dubai Phone, Dream 2000, etc.).Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian retail, wholesale, and indirect distribution dynamics for consumer electronics.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills with a strong corporate presence.Attributes: Highly analytical, results-driven (ROI-focused), with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
