Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities across Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Promote and sell AI solutions, digital transformation services, and corporate training programs to C-level executives, HR leaders, innovation teams, and other key decision-makers.Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and government organizations.Own the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, client presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.Collaborate closely with technical, consulting, and product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client business objectives.Prepare high-quality commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and business cases that effectively communicate value to prospective clients.Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and executive presentations while professionally representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.Analyze client challenges, understand business requirements, and recommend the most suitable products, services, and solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.Develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships to generate qualified leads, expand strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system.Ensure the company's brand is represented professionally in all client engagements and business interactions.Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and sales contracts in compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, trusted advisory support, and effective after-sales relationship management to maximize client satisfaction and long-term retention.Preferred QualificationExisting professional connections, business relationships, or a strong professional network within Saudi Arabia are considered a significant advantage and will be highly valued. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar B2B client-facing role.Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong professional presence with the ability to represent the company confidently in formal meetings, presentations, conferences, and business events.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with a high level of accountability.Strong understanding of the MENA business environment, particularly the Egyptian, Saudi Arabian, and UAE markets.Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.Excellent planning, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.Knowledge of artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or corporate training is a significant advantage.Existing professional connections or a strong business network in Saudi Arabia are considered an additional advantage.Willingness to travel within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC region when required.
