This role focuses on identifying, approaching, and building partnerships with recruitment agencies to expand IAN’s network and drive platform usage. The specialist will conduct market research to map potential agency partners, generate leads, and schedule meetings or presentations to demonstrate the value of IAN’s services. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and providing timely support and follow-up to ensure partner satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings based on partner feedback, preparing reports on business development activities, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives targeting recruitment agencies.Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to build, maintain, and support relationships with recruitment agency partners.Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential agency partners.Solid analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and make informed recommendations for growth.Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within recruitment, HR tech, or related services.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort using CRM tools and online platforms for tracking leads, partners, and performance; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
