Our Business Development team for "Shamel" is expanding as we grow our client network and build strategic partnerships with corporates, SMEs and small businesses to introduce Shamel as a Healthcare Subscription through B2B model.We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Business Development Specialist who is passionate about unlocking new markets, building partnerships, and closing high-value deals.This is a growth-focused role for a true hunter — someone who creates opportunities and turns them into sustainable business.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new strategic partners across the market.Open new markets and distribution channels under the B2B modelHunt for new opportunities across Cairo by engaging SMEs and small business owners in B and C-class areas and various market tiers.Convert prospects into long‑term partners and rapidly grow our business footprint.Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreementsDevelop compelling commercial proposals tailored to institutional partnersClose high-value deals and drive new revenue streamsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of corporate and institutional prospectsCollaborate internally to ensure the successful onboarding of new partnersWho You AreA hunter with a strong growth mindsetA relationship builder who knows how to navigate corporate structuresCommercially sharp with strong negotiation skillsConfident in presenting and influencing decision-makersQualifications 1–3 years of experience in fintech companies, banking, or wealth management (mandatory) Owning a car is preferred.Fluency in English.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong business acumen and understanding of partnership models.Excellent opportunity-seizing, sales, and communication skills.Open to candidates based in Alexandria, Mansoura, or Upper Egypt
