The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities Translate organization's strategies into actionable plans/tactics & ensure their implementation through cross-functional coordinationDesign & develop advanced data analytic/business solutions to track performance, streamline business operations/projects workflow, promoting inter-departmental alignment, eliminating wasted resources & enhancing overall efficiencyAnalyze complex/large sets of data from different sources, establish & enforce data governance frameworks to maintain the integrity, consistency & reliability of shared dataCreate/develop comprehensive reports & dashboards to provide real-time visibility of business performance, projects progress & major KPIs for all field force levels to maximize operational efficiency & drive informed, result-oriented field executionConduct data-driven audits/analysis to identify field/market dynamics or irregularities, ensure compliance & maintain operational standardsStrengthen field force data literacy through targeted training and awareness initiatives to enhance business performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in PharmacyMinimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical industryAt least 3 years in data analysis field or any related roleProven experience in people management & cross-function projectsStrong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, business metrics & sales analysisMaster's degree in Data Science is a plus
