We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Process Optimization Manager to lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization.This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, driving automation opportunities, and ensuring sustainable process excellence aligned with strategic business objectives.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process improvement, transformation, compliance, or consulting environments, with a proven track record of delivering measurable operational and financial results.Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & OptimizationAnalyze, map, and document current-state (As-Is) business processes across functions.Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.Conduct process assessments and root-cause analysis to drive sustainable solutions.Process Redesign & TransformationDesign and implement future-state (To-Be) processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.Drive workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational performance.Ensure process improvements align with business strategy, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.Project & Stakeholder ManagementLead end-to-end process optimization projects, from assessment and planning through implementation and post-launch monitoring.Collaborate closely with process owners, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution.Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Change Management & AdoptionSupport organizational change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.Develop communication and training plans to embed process improvements and sustain long-term results.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Performance Measurement & GovernanceEstablish and monitor KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and business impact.Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.Measure ROI, efficiency gains, cost savings, and overall process performance improvements.Ensure processes remain compliant with internal controls, governance frameworks, risk management requirements, and applicable regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Compliance, or Management Consulting.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and transformation projects.Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and organizational change management.Experience working with automation and digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related methodologies.Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of driving change in complex environments.
