Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular field visits across branches to monitor performance and ensure complianceTrack branch performance and ensure alignment with operational and quality standardsAssess operational performance and identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesEnsure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality requirementsDevelop and implement corrective action plans where neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives across all branchesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field1-3 year(s) of experience in operations, field auditing, or performance monitoringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and reporting abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage frequent field visitsGood knowledge of operational standards and compliance practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to travel frequently across all governorates.Flexibility in working hours based on field requirements
