To bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, designing, configuring, and implementing business applications that meet organizational needs. The role focuses on optimizing ERP and other business systems, developing integrations, and ensuring solutions align with business processes and objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESSolution Design & Configuration:Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions using Oracle Fusion ERP and other applications.Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HCM).Develop and maintain reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle technologies (OIC, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI).System Integration:Design and develop integrations between ERP and other business systems.Manage APIs and data flows to ensure seamless information exchange.Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency.User Support & Training:Provide technical support to business users on ERP and other applications.Answer user "how-to" questions and provide training.Create documentation, FAQs, and user guides.Process Optimization:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements.Recommend system enhancements to optimize workflows and efficiency.Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort.Project Support:Support new module implementations and system upgrades.Participate in CRP, UAT, and go-live activities.Work with vendors and partners on technical deliverables.Compliance & Security:Implement user access policies and ensure adherence to security standards.Support audit requirements with accurate documentation.REQUIREMENTSAcademic and Professional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.Experience4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.Oracle Fusion experience is required.Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.Skills and CompetenciesProficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, and REST/SOAP APIs.Strong understanding of ERP business flows (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy with documentation abilities.Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical teams.Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.Proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented mindset.Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
