The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, strengthening market presence, and building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the business strategy for the Urology/Andrology unit in alignment with company objectivesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targetsSet clear KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basisDrive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Urologists, Andrologists, and Key Opinion LeadersIdentify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presenceAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisionsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and scientific activitiesPrepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the unit's budget and P&LCoach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivityEnsure effective territory coverage and optimal resource allocationManage relationships with distributors and external partners when applicableRequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field3-5 years of experience in Urology or Andrology is a mustProven experience in a managerial or team leadership roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong business acumen and market understandingAbility to work under pressure and meet targets
