Role Description We are seeking a motivated (C1 - B2) Customer Support Agent for a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, delivering clear and professional communication, and maintaining a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
