The role is based in October Motamiz, Cairo, Egypt, with transportation provided.As a Call Center Agent, you will:Handle technical and customer inquiries related to automotive products and services.Provide accurate and professional support to international customers.Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.Work in a morning shift schedule with rotational days off.Qualifications Mechanical Engineering background (mandatory).Fluent English (C1 level) — excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for the automotive field and innovation.Presentable and professional demeanor.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.Offer Salary: EGP 40,000 GrossShift: Morning shift (Transportation Provided)Location: October Motamiz, CairoSchedule: Rotational days offTraining: Paid training includedCareer Growth: Experience letter and growth opportunities after 1 year
