In this role, the team member will handle customer inquiries in English via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and effective problem resolution. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive, professional experience in every interaction. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client products and services, following established workflows and quality standards, and documenting interactions in company systems. Team members may participate in training sessions to enhance language proficiency, communication skills, and service quality, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance targets.Qualifications Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) at B2/C1 level, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with international customers.Solid customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to manage challenging interactions calmly and efficiently.Experience or interest in English teaching, training, or coaching, with the capability to support quality and language
